Online Therapy

It’s hard to prioritize mental health when you’re stretched to the max.
Online therapy makes it MUCH easier!

Convenient…

Finding the time to drive to an office, find parking, and deal with traffic are barriers for many seeking therapy. Plus, gas is expensive!

With online therapy, you save the time, money, and hassle of a commute. You don’t have to worry about lost time on the road, parking fees, the high cost of gas, or finding a babysitter.

So, when you think about it, online therapy is much more affordable. And fortunately, many insurance providers now cover online therapy costs.

Another advantage to logging in from your home or office is that it gives me a glimpse into your life – your space, routine, and vulnerabilities. This is a big part of therapy; doing it online lets me meet you exactly where you are!

Flexible…

When you don’t have to go into the office, it’s easier to make an appointment that works around your day.

You can schedule your appointments to integrate into your day when working online. You can log in and do therapy during your lunch break, after putting your kids down for a nap, or in between meetings!

Accessible…

Maybe you live in a rural area with no therapists nearby. Or perhaps there is an option or two, but you’re not a good fit. Finding the right therapist is challenging for many people, even with options!

With online therapy, you’re not restricted by location. As long as your therapist is licensed in your state (I’m licensed for all of California), you can do therapy together online!

And you might have other constraints that keep you at the house – like health concerns or children you have to watch.

Comfortable…

It’s not uncommon to have anxiety from the thought of walking into a therapeutic office space. But online therapy can ease the worry of being away from home. You don’t need to worry about being vulnerable in an unfamiliar place.

With online therapy, YOU get to pick where the session takes place, whether that’s your office, bedroom, or couch. There are other “comfort perks,” too, like having your pets nearby, sipping your favorite beverage as we talk, and wearing comfy clothes!

It’s a new world out there…

Technology is changing everything, and therapy is no exception. But these are good changes – changes from which you can benefit. Therapy should be on your terms and work for you. Now, that’s a reality!

It’s okay to need help with your mental health. That’s why I’m here…, and I’m glad you’re here, too.
